We use essential cookies for session management and authentication, preference cookies to remember user settings (theme, language), and minimal analytics cookies for anonymized usage statistics. We do not use cookies for advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking purposes.

§4

We use Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), PayPal/Stripe (payments), Google Gemini (AI), and Cloudflare (security). All reputable, all privacy-conscious.

The following third-party services process data on our behalf: Supabase (database and authentication, EU/US servers), Vercel (website hosting), PayPal/Stripe (payment processing), Google Gemini API (AI content generation), and Cloudflare (CDN and DDoS protection). Each provider maintains independent privacy policies and operates under data processing agreements with RankJin.

Under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR and CCPA), you have the right to: (a) access all personal data we hold about you; (b) request deletion of your account and all associated data; (c) export your content at any time; (d) correct inaccurate information; (e) object to or restrict data processing. GDPR & International

💬
Human Translation

If you're in the EU, GDPR covers you and we comply. California? We don't sell your data (CCPA covered). We process data based on legitimate interest and consent.

For EU residents, we process data under GDPR based on legitimate interest (service operation) and consent (where required). Consent may be withdrawn at any time. For California residents under CCPA: we do not sell personal information and have no plans to do so. International data transfers are conducted under appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.

§7

Security

💬
Human Translation

HTTPS everywhere, data encrypted at rest and in transit, industry-standard security practices. But use a strong password — no system is 100% bulletproof.

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for all data in transit, AES-256 encryption for data at rest, regular security audits, and access controls. While we employ best-practice security measures, no system is completely impenetrable. Users are responsible for maintaining strong passwords and securing account credentials.

§8

Policy Changes
