RankJin ("we", "us", or "Jin") provides an AI-powered content generation platform for SEO and GEO optimization. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

RankJin provides an AI-powered content engine that generates SEO and GEO-optimized articles for your website. Upon registration, you receive access to our platform where Jin researches keywords, writes articles, adds technical SEO markup, and assists with content publishing. Service features vary by subscription tier. Free users receive limited content generation. Paid users receive additional features as described on the pricing page. We reserve the right to modify features with reasonable notice.

You must create an account to use RankJin. You represent that: (a) all information provided is accurate and current; (b) you are at least 18 years of age; (c) you will maintain the security of your credentials; (d) you will not share account access unless on an Agency plan. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at security@rankjin.com.

All content generated by RankJin for your projects is owned by you. You receive full, irrevocable ownership rights to publish, modify, distribute, or commercialize generated content without restriction. RankJin retains no ownership claim. We may utilize anonymized, aggregated usage data (not your specific content) solely to improve our algorithms and service quality. We will never publish, redistribute, or claim ownership of your content.

You shall not: (a) generate content promoting hate, violence, or illegal activity; (b) use the Service for search engine spam or deceptive manipulation; (c) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to access source code; (d) resell or redistribute account access without authorization; (e) generate content related to weapons, controlled substances, adult material, or gambling. Violation results in immediate account termination without refund.

The Free tier remains free indefinitely. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly at the start of each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on initial payments. After 14 days, refunds are not available for the current billing period. Unused content generation credits do not roll over between billing cycles. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. RankJin does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, AI citation placement, or business outcomes. SEO and GEO performance depend on numerous external factors beyond our control. In no event shall RankJin be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or data loss, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Minor modifications (clarifications, formatting) will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after modification constitutes acceptance of revised Terms. If you disagree with changes, you may terminate your account.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Contact legal@rankjin.com before initiating formal proceedings. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the jurisdiction in which RankJin operates. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits against RankJin.
