Refund Policy

Last updated: March 2026. We keep this simple because refund policies should not require a law degree to understand. Each section includes a "human translation" so you know exactly what the deal is.

RankJin offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason within the first 14 days of your initial payment, you may request a full refund. All payments are processed securely through Creem.io, our trusted payment partner.

Who Can Get a Refund

First-time subscribers within 14 days of their first payment. That's pretty much it. One refund per customer because, well, common sense.

Refunds are available to subscribers who meet all of the following criteria: (a) the refund request is made within 14 calendar days of the initial subscription payment; (b) this is the customer's first subscription to RankJin; (c) the customer has not previously received a refund from RankJin. The 14-day period begins on the date Creem.io processes your payment, not the date you first access the platform.

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to billing@rankjin.com with your account email and the word 'refund' somewhere in there. We handle the rest. Usually takes about 3 to 5 business days to show up in your account.

To request a refund, send an email to billing@rankjin.com with your registered account email address and your reason for cancellation (optional but appreciated). We will confirm receipt within 24 hours. Once approved, refunds are processed through Creem.io and typically appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued.

What's Not Covered

If you've been using RankJin for months and suddenly want all your money back, that's a no. Same goes for renewals after the first month and accounts that violated our Terms of Service.

The following are not eligible for refunds: (a) subscription renewals after the initial billing period; (b) requests made after the 14-day money-back window has expired; (c) accounts terminated for violation of the Terms of Service; (d) second or subsequent subscriptions by the same individual or organization; (e) any custom enterprise or agency arrangements governed by a separate agreement. Partial refunds for unused days within a billing cycle are not available.

Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling is different from a refund. You can cancel anytime and keep using RankJin until the end of your billing period. A refund means you get your money back and lose access right away.

Cancellation and refunds are separate processes. When you cancel your subscription, you retain access to all paid features until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges are made. A refund, on the other hand, returns your payment and immediately revokes access to paid features. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing billing@rankjin.com.

Payment Processing

We use Creem.io to handle all payments. They are a secure, trusted payment platform. Your card details go straight to them, not to us. We literally never see your full card number.

All payments for RankJin subscriptions are processed through Creem.io, a secure payment platform. Creem.io handles all payment data in compliance with PCI DSS standards. RankJin does not store, process, or have access to your full credit card or debit card numbers. For questions about a specific charge on your statement, you may contact Creem.io directly or reach out to billing@rankjin.com and we will assist you.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Please talk to us before filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks cost us real money in fees and we would rather just resolve stuff directly. Most issues get fixed with a simple email.

If you have a billing concern, we strongly encourage you to contact billing@rankjin.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card provider. Chargebacks incur processing fees and administrative costs. We are committed to resolving all billing disputes quickly and fairly. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended until the matter is settled.

Policy Updates

If we change this policy in any meaningful way, we will send you an email about it. Small grammar fixes just update the page. Nothing sneaky going on here.

RankJin reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email. Minor modifications (formatting, clarifications) will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated policy takes effect. Existing refund requests will be honored under the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
